I treat individuals, families, and couples. I have experience treating a wide array of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, persistent chronic mental health issues, and medical issues impacting mental health, etc. I am trained in EMDR and certified in Auricular Acupuncture and Gestalt Therapy.
Therapy is a place to find connection, support, and understanding. It is a space to create positive and lasting change, as well as an opportunity to be more loving and kind to ourselves and others. I assist my clients in raising awareness of unconscious processes and how it impacts our relationships, as well as our abilities to cope and care for ourselves.
