You may find it difficult to truly rest or quiet the constant noise of worry. It can feel nearly impossible to make space in your life to name the pain you’re carrying, to cry, or to simply let things out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gently untangle what you’re holding, and just be. I offer a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. Here, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. If any of this resonates, our work together may feel supportive and meaningful.

My style is warm, gentle, and easygoing. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, blending traditional talk therapy with practices such as IFS parts work and somatic therapy. I believe you are the expert of your own experiences. As a somatics practitioner, I believe your body is a place only you will ever know, and a place only you can ever go.

I specialize in areas such as dating and relationships, breakups, couples work, betrayal, complex trauma, infidelity, boundaries, burnout, loss, and grief.
