Welcome. I offer Therapy for Healing from Complicated Pasts, Presents and Relationships. I help people with the difficult events and relationships in their lives: issues from childhood that are holding you back, a current difficulty with a partner or spouse, a divorce, or a trauma that just keeps tripping you up. You don't have to recount the worst things that have happened to you for therapy to work. We will start with where you want to be, how you want to feel and make a plan from there.
I often utilize EMDR, mindfulness & "parts" work to help you on your path to achieving your goals. Whether it's anxiety, depression, PTSD or that feeling that you're "just managing" when you’d like to do more than just get by in life, EMDR can help where talk therapy falls short.
