Accepting new clients! I specialize in supporting students and young professionals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, relational issues, and life transitions. Using a person-centered approach, I create a safe space to process your experiences and explore their connection to your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and overall wellbeing. Therapy gives the opportunity to work through challenges and seek greater understanding, peace, and positive change. My role is to offer support, encouragement, and guidance as we collaborate to increase your capacity to cope, reinforce your resiliency, and build on your strengths.
I provide unbiased, non-judgmental listening and guide discussions to process your experiences, thoughts, and motions. We will explore other perspectives, reframe thoughts, develop greater insight and understanding, and problem-solve. We will seek to learn from the past, establish positive coping strategies, and encourage hope and connection to your future.
I offer encouragement, gentle challenge, and compassionate care. Moving forward to seek counseling is an important step in taking care of yourself and your needs.
