Groups
Adults with ADHD Group Therapy
START DATE: TBD The Adults with ADHD Group Therapy experience is working with an expert in the field when it comes to executive functioning (EF) and people diagnosed in childhood or adulthood with ADHD. This adult ADHD group is designed for adults who want practical tools, support, and accountability while navigating the challenges of ADHD. Participants will explore topics such as time management, organization, task initiation, procrastination, emotional regulation, motivation, prioritization, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, and self-compassion. The group emphasizes strengths-based approaches, helping participants understand how ADHD affects their lives while building systems that work with their brains rather than against them.
