I focus on individual therapy for adults integrating various modalities including mind-body practices, cognitive reframing, self-acceptance, attachment theory, self-care/behavioral strategies and other therapy methods. When clinically indicated, you and I may decide to coordinate care with other helping professionals.
I earned a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota and have more than two decades of professional practice. As importantly, I carry the wisdom and humility that come from working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I spend hours each week joining the masses on the pickleball court.
