Since 2007, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in both school and outpatient settings and currently provide therapy and psychological testing for children, teens, and adults. I enjoy helping people of all ages overcome anxiety disorders and depression so they are able to show up for the things they value most in their life in the way that they want to. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We’ll focus on understanding what matters most to you, identifying what is getting in the way, and creating meaningful progress. I encourage parents of anxious children to attend sessions even if their child is refusing!

I will help you manage anxiety, OCD, panic, mood, and life challenges using practical, evidence-based tools like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When working with children and teens, I pull from the SPACE method and leverage parents in the treatment process to efficiently maximize progress.
