For over 25 years, I have worked in the field of mental health and addiction. I have extensive experience working with all disorders from mild to severe. I especially enjoy working with those suffering with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma related issues. I have learned what a joy and honor it is to come alongside those in need and help give them the tools needed to thrive.
My work with adults includes treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and general life stress. I enjoy working with individuals that have experienced trauma in their lives and assisting them with rebuilding their lives and finding peace, wholeness, and health.
My passion is sitting down with people, hearing their story and providing them with hope and resilience. I strongly believe that once an individual has the opportunity to share their experiences in a safe environment, that they begin to understand themselves and their relationships in a way that creates healing and lasting change.
