Are you ready to make some life changes? Do you or your family need some support? A busy lifestyle and unhealed trauma can create problems one does not see coming. The hardest step on the journey to self-healing is reaching out, calling, texting, or emailing a therapist to start that journey. I realize how hard it is for you. I am here, and we can walk on this journey together. It is hard; you must put everyone else's needs above yours. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. I am here for you.
Having lived in Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, and the United States. I have worked with many people. My job as a therapist in the military gives me an understanding of that lifestyle. Most of my professional practice is working with those who have experienced trauma: military, childhood trauma, and adoption.
I am passionate about helping others, so I entered the helping profession to help those in need. In my work with a nonprofit overseas and the United States, I had the privilege of meeting very resilient people who experienced trauma. Everyone experiences challenges, anxiety, grief, transition, loss of job, relationship ending, and adoption issues.
