I know how overwhelming life can get when you're juggling school, caregiving, mental health, and everything in between. As someone who has lived with ADHD, supported family members, and wrestled with post-grad purpose-finding, I get how hard it is to stay afloat. I can help via telehealth, or if you're in the Savage or Shakopee area (or willing to commute here), and need an excuse to get outside, go for walks, and maybe even pet a cute dog (with your consent), I offer walk-and-talk therapy, too.

I work best with clients ready to shift their life direction—whether it's managing anxiety, improving relationships, or navigating career stress. I use mindfulness, acceptance, and practical strategies to help you build resilience and confidence. Together, we’ll work through transitions, stress, self-doubt, and whatever comes next. Therapy is deeply personal, and finding the right fit is essential. I'm an approachable and down-to-earth person who loves my work! I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing video games, listening to metal and indie/folk music, and attending the MN Ren Fest in costume! I appreciate puzzles, crafts, cozying up with a book on a snowy day, and snuggling my pup!
