If your mind never stops, you tend to overthink everything, you feel lost, or life transitions feel overwhelming, therapy with me is a space where messy thoughts, big feelings, swear words, and laughter are all welcome as we work through emotions and move toward your goals. I bring curiosity and groundedness to my work, along with nerdy interests like video games, because I believe that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful and lasting change.

I enjoy supporting adults who want more out of life but feel unsure what that “more” is or how to reach it. Many people I work with are ambitious or driven yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in relationships, work, or school.
