When life gives you lemons, making lemonade isn't always easy, especially in times of hardship or grief. That’s where I come in. I’m here to make therapy engaging, inviting, friendly, and uplifting. By being genuine and real myself, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic, vulnerable self. I am a safe, LGBTQIA+ allied therapist whose values include advocacy for marginalized communities, social justice, and authenticity. I appreciate working with individuals motivated for change, ready to set and achieve goals collaboratively, and committed to creating a more fulfilling life.
As a therapist trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients embrace emotions, manage distress, and build resilience. I use strength-based, person-centered approaches and narrative therapy techniques, too. Together, we focus on acceptance, mindfulness, and committed action to overcome challenges.
I think we have all been in a place in our lives where we have said to ourselves: "When it rains, it pours". Life can be unfair and unpredictable, and it's only natural that sometimes we get drenched. Take the first step towards healing and growth by reaching out. Together, we'll navigate your challenges and work towards reaching your goals.
