Welcome! I am a therapist and coach focused on helping high-achieving professionals find less stress and more joy in their lives. I am passionate about this work because of my own experience: prior to receiving my therapy degree I was a lawyer for ten years, first as a litigator and then as senior counsel at Amazon. I know the pressures of high stress environments as well as anyone, and I love helping my clients thrive in them. My experience has taught me that protecting one's mental health is a key component of being able to perform at the highest levels in a high-stress environment.
I approach therapy in an active, collaborative, and transparent manner. I am not the therapist who will sit across from you analyzing you while you wonder what I am writing in my notes. I believe that my clients are incredibly smart, and it is my job to help them deploy their significant internal resources to the task of improving their quality of life.
