I provide supportive, individualized therapy to adults struggling with emotional distress, difficult life changes and overall well-being. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe that my role in the therapeutic change process is to provide honest reflection, guidance and insight. In addition to therapeutic services, I provide training and clinical supervision for social workers and other helping professionals seeking licensure or who want to increase their knowledge and skill base.
I have over 12 years of experience providing psychotherapy and substance abuse treatment. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. I have specific experience working with individual adults, parents and families as well as with high accountability professionals.
