Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in NC with over 15 yrs of experience in community, higher education, supervision and group private practice settings. In my work, I draw from EMDR (eye movement desensitization), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), brainspotting, mindfulness, expressive arts, internal family systems (IFS) and other trauma-informed practices through a social justice lens. With a deep commitment to equitable care celebrating gender, sexuality, race, and culture, my practice is LGBTQ+ allied and weight-inclusive.
I see adults (ages 18 and older) and my specialties include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, women's health, high sensitivity, identity development, life transitions, gender and sexuality. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) in-training (certification expected 2023) and I also offer clinical supervision for LCMHC licensure in NC.
