About
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, mood and behavioral disorders, and ADHD. I can help you find your way to a better and happier you. My services include therapy for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personal, school or work related issues and career counseling. My treatment approach is CBT, Family Systems, mindfulness and solution-focused treatments.
I am passionate about helping you get to the root of the problem and finding the best way to help. Children may struggle in school, friends, and behavioral problems. Adolescents may have trouble in school, friends, self-esteem, emotional and college/work worries. Adults may have difficulties with emotional, illness, work, families and their future.
I enjoy working with all ages, cultures and religions: children, adolescents, adults and families that struggle with a wide range of personal, life transition and behavioral health issues. My most rewarding experiences continue to be facilitating growth and watching healthy lives unfold. I have day and evening hours available, and offer virtual sessions.
