I help creative, sensitive women in New York and California heal at the root from trauma and depression — especially when symptoms have been present for years or even decades. Many of my clients have experienced medically unexplained pain, have been on antidepressants long-term, or have felt stuck in talk therapy without lasting change, and without coming into full creative and erotic expression.

Through a fiery integrative approach (weaving together EMDR, somatic therapy, shamanic energy medicine, expressive arts, and ketamine-assisted therapy), I guide my clients in the process of releasing trauma from the body, restoring vitality, and reclaiming their creative voice.

Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy very reverently combines the depth of the psychotherapy relationship with the power and wisdom of millennia-old healing systems.
