February 5, 2026 - Welcome. I’m Dr. Annalise Millet, an IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist specializing in trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD. I help people understand their internal world, untangle old survival patterns, and build safer, more connected lives. Many clients come in carrying grief, emotional exhaustion, or relationships that feel overwhelming or painful. Trauma can echo for years, but it doesn’t have to run the whole story. However you’re arriving, you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready for steady and meaningful healing, I’ll meet you there with clarity, empathy, and compassionate support.
My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-infor med — and yes, we sometimes laugh. Healing is serious work, but but it doesn’t have to feel heavy every moment. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start; we’ll take it one step at a time, with compassion, insight, and probably the occasional bad therapist joke.
The holiday season can be both beautiful and brutal. I’ll be right there with you — not to fix you, but to help you find your footing, your truth, and your calm again.
