I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, trauma, college students, boundary setting, substance use disorders, confidence building, and relationship concerns. If you need support with identity or need help with self-esteem, boundaries, or relationships, I am here to help you begin your healing journey. Advocating for yourself can be hard, and sometimes you need a support person in your corner to identify barriers and help you work to a place of more self-esteem.
We all have unique needs in life and therapy. Therapy approaches are not a one size fits all. I work closely with my clients to learn about them and see what is the best fit. If you have felt you have struggled to find a provider to sit with you through the dark times I would be a good fit.
