Whatever it may be, we can figure it out together! My practice is centered around a client focused, strengths based, and trauma informed perspective. At my core I believe that the therapeutic alliance and relationship are integral to the success of an intervention, and I enjoy utilizing humor to strengthen and develop the therapeutic relationship!
I enjoy taking a creative approach to therapy and integrate trauma informed modalities to take an individualized approach to each case. I have a history of working with children, adolescents, families, and adults.
I cannot emphasize enough how essential the development of the therapeutic relationship is to me in care. I firmly believe that the client is the expert in their own life, and I am a vessel to help a client set and reach goals. I am dedicated to providing a safe, and judgement free space to allow clients to thrive and achieve outcomes both large and small.
