I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and Licensed professional counselor. When someone comes to me for therapy, we first work to address any immediate concerns, and then explore some of the challenges that might be under and around those concerns. I am passionate about working with Neurodiverse individuals, and helping to solve problems, foster growth and facilitate understanding. People are the experts of their own experience. It is my role as therapist to walk with you and offer insight into that experience, allowing you to make connections and find meaning.
One of my specialties is Expressive Arts Therapy. Creative expression is a natural part of human experience, and one of the ways we can explore our emotions. Not all clients want to use arts based work, and that's okay! I will meet you where you are.
There are things in life that go beyond what we have words to describe or problems that feel bigger than what we can solve. Sometimes it is just 1000 tiny things that all add up and make us feel like we cannot go on. I want to be here for you in that space and on the other side of it.

ADHD Club- Virtual Peer support
Come join our ADHD peer support group facilitated by Sy & Annalise. This group is a loosely structured time to share and receive support from other ADHDers. We talk about our challenges and celebrate our successes, practice body doubling, and generally just share in the experience of the ADHD brain. This is a peer support space. We are Neuro-Affirming, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist, and anti-ableist. We often discuss the multi-layered impacts of oppressive systems on folks with ADHD and more. Sy (they/se/fae) and Annalise (she/her) are trained facilitators with lived experience of ADHD themselves.
