I am a neurodivergent therapist, a military spouse, and a former GS civilian with the Army. I bring years of heartfelt experience with military and aviation cultures, understanding the profound impact of frequent relocations, absences, toxic environments, and enduring challenges like PTSD and anxiety. My clients deeply appreciate the confidentiality I offer as they seek to process their experiences without having to explain any jargon. I also offer support to neurodiverse clients, especially those with ADHD, helping them tackle their anxiety and overwhelm as they navigate their unique challenges and communication styles.
I graduated from USC with my MSW in 2015 with a concentration in military social work. I use CBT, trauma-focused modalities, executive functioning coaching, and mindfulness. I have experience working in substance abuse recovery and caring for foster children. I am EMDR trained and use the Somatic and Attachment Focused (S.A.F.E.) approach.
