I have experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to clients of all ages and backgrounds. My true passion lies with helping young adults conquer anxiety, stress, depression, and OCD. I strive to be a fully present and safe place for individuals in need of a listening ear and new perspective. Together, we can build resiliency.
