Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be a brave and deeply personal step, and I strive to create a space that honors that courage, where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who brings a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative energy to our work. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone, and my role is to walk alongside you, not to fix or judge, but to support and empower. I’ve worked with clients across all ages and walks of life, and while I welcome everyone, I especially enjoy supporting teens, young adults, and adults.
I have a special interest in anxiety disorders and OCD. My approach blends evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, ERP, mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed modalities, such as TF-CBT and somatic experiencing, because sometimes what we feel lives beyond words. I engage in client-led work and tailor each session to meet you where you are that day.
I believe in following your lead while gently offering tools, insight, and perspective when needed. I celebrate and affirm people of all backgrounds, as well as all sexualities and gender identities.
