Hi there! I work with adults, couples, and children who are looking to have a genuine connection with their therapist. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and chronic illness/pain, but also treat a variety of other challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum care, self-esteem, and relationship issues. My aim is to help people find clarity, feel empowered, and develop healthy self-esteem so they can have more meaningful, playful, productive, and fulfilling lives. As a trauma therapist, I endeavor to help you recover from the impact of trauma and work on guilt/shame, coping, and relational issues. As an ADHD specialist, I develop strategies to build foundations for anxiety/depression care, fulfilling relationships, organization, and time management to regain control, along w/ self-esteem & emotional regulation.
My priority is for clients to feel truly seen, understood, and worthy. Therapy can be challenging so I aim to make every step of therapy move at a pace that’s right for you.
