I have extensive experience working with women issues, relationship issues, neurodivergence, trauma, family separation, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, and parenting. I find it impactful to look at our own system and be in tune with all our parts for optimal balance and inner peace. There are many studies that show that the most effective thing in therapy that determines positive progress is the rapport between you and the therapist. I use Internal Family Systems work in every session to get an understanding of where your emotions come from to better understand your needs, so that you can show up for yourself in the way that you Need. It is an honor to see client's making connections and giving voice to parts that have been silenced, blocked, or numbed for a long time.
I began my career in 2010 working on skill building with families. Since then I have earned my Master of Family Therapy degree at Mercer University School of Medicine. I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and would be honored to help you find your path to healing.
