I use an integrative approach to find the best treatment that works for you. I am skilled in ERP (exposure and response prevention) to treat OCD and severe anxiety. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and Gottman method in my work with clients, customizing the treatment plan per individual goals
