We are born into story and expectations. Sometimes, being ourselves is not safe. Without nurturing relationships, we work hard to survive on our own. We may avoid belonging or over-focus on fitting in. Options feel limited, our choices are not our own. You may achieve the ‘right’ education, profession, presentation or partner, but does it feel right for you? Deciphering our feelings can unleash many questions, and overwhelm. The good news is, you do not have to face change alone. Trust is a practice we can write together. Our stories are ours for the telling–and loving.

I ground you in your strengths, and anchor you in your present power. As shame or guilt arise, I offer compassion and accountability. Therapy is a collaborative discovery of you.
