I’m a clinical psychologist who specializes in the scientifically informed assessment and treatment of children, teens, and young adults. I am passionate about helping young people and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, social, academic, and medical challenges, through evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and structural family therapy. While much of my work centers on youth, I also support adults with adverse childhood experiences, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship- and work-related stress. Across all my work, I focus not only on easing distress but also on strengthening resilience and health.
Additionally, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to clarify diagnostic questions, such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, Anxiety, Trauma, and other developmental or emotional concerns. I provide tailored treatment recommendations based on each person’s unique cognitive, behavioral, and emotional profiles.
I am committed to providing gender-affirming and culturally responsive care for LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value understanding each person’s lived experience within their broader social and cultural context, informed by both research and the individual’s own voice.
