I offer compassionate, vibrant, holistic care for acute or complex trauma (many forms of trauma incurred during childhood or any stage of life), anxiety, depression, growth during transitions, chronic pain or illness, grief support, spiritual mentorship, gender identity and sexual orientation support, grief/stress re: ecosystem loss, stress related to systemic targeting of any of your intersecting identities, stress in relationships, and so much more.
I have successfully helped countless people reclaim a deep sense of Self, and build that Self into a foundation of lasting well-being that guides them for years to come.
I carry with me a deep well of education, experiences, and practices, including but not limited to EMDR, hypnotherapy, meditation, breath-work, mindfulness, stories, Qi Gong, Gong Fu, Yoga, and other gentle body movements/somatic exercises for supporting your central nervous system and harmonizing all parts of you, art, music, EFT, Eco-therapy, CBT, etc.
I come from a long line of people who understand that a human being is a beautiful system, which is naturally connected to the system around us (human and more-than human). This is my approach to understanding your needs and goals.
