Life is full of adjustments and transitions. From childhood and teen years onto motherhood and parenting - and everything in between- navigating these stages with support can make the greatest impact, knowing you are not alone. I believe individuals need to feel heard, understood, and supported to find healing. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting them through these adjustments. I specialize in child therapy, as well as prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, adjusting to parenthood, and women’s issues.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Practioner and Licensed Professional Counselor. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certifiation through Postpartum Support International. Additionally, my trainings include play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, PCIT, and Theraplay Level 1. I find the use of art and play beneficial in my practice with clients.
