My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, and client-centered. I believe in the healing power that exists within each individual, which is nurtured and strengthened within the context of our therapeutic relationship. I work with adults and families who are facing complex struggles, including: anxiety, parent-child relationship issues, transition to parenthood, behavior challenges, postpartum difficulties, depression, life transitions, and more.
My style is warm, compassionate, and empathetic, and I work to create a safe environment to help you better understand and address the challenges you are experiencing. I specialize in psychotherapy with adults and children/adolescents, and have a master's degree in child development. I draw on psychodynamic, CBT, and attachment-based treatment modalities.
I am also certified in Dr. Becky Kennedy's Good Inside Parenting approach and offer parent coaching virtually in any state in order to support families. I believe it takes immense courage to look inward, and I’m here to support you on your journey to becoming a more fulfilled individual.
