As a CBT therapist, I specialize in treating OCD, GAD, Panic Disorder and other anxiety disorders. My collaborative approach is aimed to help you learn the skills to manage your fears and live your life. Facing your fears can be daunting, let's meet for an initial evaluation session to identify your specific stressors and discuss a treatment plan informed by the latest clinical research.

My clinical specialty is in the treatment of a wide range of anxiety disorders including Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). My training includes therapy with both adults and adolescents.

I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents, college students and adults. Additionally, I am also available to provide parent skills training/support for caregivers with children who are struggling with anxiety and behavioral issues.
