Each person has within them a completely unique set of potentials that are waiting to be realized. However, we often get stuck in patterns of behavior that keep us from realizing our own potential. It is so easy to fall into a rut where we go through the motions of life but feel disconnected. I work with people who are suffering from mental distress related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and self-esteem issues. I love helping my clients figure out what potential resides in them and how to live a life that feels more purposeful and meaningful.
I am trained in EMDR and use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, disordered eating and grief work. I see my role as your therapist is to create a safe space for you to identify and work towards creating the life you want to live.
When you are struggling, you can feel completely alone. Know that you are not. With support and a little bit of work, you will figure out what gives your life meaning and purpose. As well as the confidence to pursue it. The future can be bright. Please reach out so that together we can begin the process of re-connecting you to your life.
