I'm Anna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I consider it an honor and privilege to walk with clients as they choose a healing path to a better life. My overall approach is client-centered, with the intention of creating a safe space to explore and challenge what is holding you back or impeding a healthy mind and body.
I partner with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and veterans. I incorporate a variety of theories and modalities, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy. I am certified in EMDR and also provide EMDR case consultation services.
