I am a licensed MFT who works with adults utilizing EMDR, EMDR-related techniques such as the Flash Technique, EFT tapping (including Emotional Freedom Techniques and Matrix Reimprinting), Brainspotting, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I individualize each client's treatment to incorporate their chosen approaches and strengths in order to meet their goals.
I believe that the mind and body hold solutions discoverable through talk, play, brain-based, and creative techniques. I enjoy being a part of the community-building and healing that group therapy creates, and have led groups on art and imagery, music and creativity, self-esteem, stress relaxation, women, and recovery.
