I have a passion for supporting people and helping them work through trauma, healing childhood wounds, and improving their current relationships. I also enjoy working with couples, families, kids ages 12 and up, and individuals going through life transitions (graduating, starting new jobs, new family, empty nesters, etc.) I have experience working with clients with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties, self worth concerns, etc.
I am Psychodynamically trained and take an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy. I incorporate CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, grief therapy, Gottman couples therapy and other modalities as needed, based on clients' needs and goals. Finally, I also hold a certification as a Level 1 Rapid Rewiring Practitioner.
While working with clients, I feel creating safety and trust is my number one priority. I believe we are a team, and I am here to support you in meeting your goals while learning about yourself and processing your experiences.
