Sometimes you just need someone to talk to, to sort things out--especially when you're confused or feel stuck. I offer a safe space for you to get to the bottom of what's going on and get clearer about what you want, who you are and who you want to be.
Whatever happens in our lives can teach us--but sometimes only by facing it, learning its meaning for us and making it our own. It's usually hard to do that alone. If you're struggling right now I really encourage you to reach out. We can do it together.
I work with couples and individuals, as well as leading groups (below) for women and for those struggling with health, weightloss and body issues. I am deeply committed to your healing and carry years of experience in both traditional therapy techniques and alternative approaches that embrace the body, mind and spirit.

Professional Connections

Anna has a wonderful presence that would make any client feel safe and welcome to share their personal story, and work on issues they may have been hesitant to do in previous situations. Her body-mind approach to therapy is both refreshing and effective. She is very reliable, and committed to her clients. I highly recommend Anna as a therapist.
