I’m a therapist who takes a collaborative, no-BS approach to therapy. I integrate both systemic, and trauma-informed care. I'll help you connect with your emotions, and stop reenacting your childhood in your adult relationships. Gently. But directly.
My only mandatory requirement from you is curiosity every time you come to session. I'll handle the rest.

We’ll name those, understand them, and give them the credit (and blame) they deserve. And then—we’ll talk about your responsibility in all of it. Because while none of that is your fault, it is on you to do something about it.
