We love deeply, learn slowly, and sometimes forget that being a messy human is exactly what we’re here to do. I specialize in helping you embrace those messy pieces of yourself while navigating things like relationship changes, Gen-Z stress, AuDHD, trauma, queer identities, shame, life transitions, and body image/identity changes related to medical weight loss. My goal is to help you tap into your strengths, building greater compassion and connection in all aspects of your life.

My approach is person-focused and grounded in the bigger systems that shape our lives. I draw from experiential, structural, and narrative therapies, always with a social justice lens. More than anything, I want you to feel accepted, seen, and supported in bringing your full, complex self into our work together.
