Hi, my name is Anna. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults to find joy and playfulness, even amidst severe circumstances. I help my clients recognize their unconditional worth, to find their voices, and to validate their rich inner lives. My years of experience supporting families and children with acute and or chronic illness in inpatient pediatrics has greatly informed my approach to therapy in private practice. I see each person as having a unique story to tell, and meaning to made from all of their life experiences. Engaging creatively with these experiences can be incredibly healing, empowering, and beautiful.
As a creative arts therapist, I provide both talk therapy and creative arts exercises to support you or your child in exploring difficult subjects with emotional safety.
