About
Anna is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who has a love for helping people work through difficulties that they may be experiencing. Her lens of healing is a holistic approach incorporating Eastern ideals through yoga, meditation, energy, and sound healing. Additionally, most of her experience is in early intervention trauma work with children.
Her other scopes of knowledge include individual therapy, family therapy, parent coaching, play therapy, children and teens with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She is state certified in the DC 0-5 diagnostic criteria. She is open to working with anybody that is ready to travel along the path of healing and wellness.
In her free time Anna enjoys staying busy with activities like swimming, biking, reading, snowboarding, and hiking. She loves nature and hanging out with family and friends.
