In our work together, we'll slow things down and gently explore what may be driving these patterns beneath the surface. I integrate somatic therapy, attachment-focused approaches, mindfulness, and Transforming Touch to support nervous system regulation. Over time, you'll feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and more confident responding to life's challenge
