Therapy isn't always about feeling better right away - it's about getting better at feeling. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, disordered eating, emotion dysregulation, and life transitions, including highly sensitive people, burnt-out overachievers, and young adults figuring out who they are. Intensively trained in DBT and informed by ACT, somatic awareness, and mindfulness, I help clients build practical skills to live in alignment with their values and weather the harder parts of life with more ease.
