Appointments are offered in person and online Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, with some occasional evening and late afternoon availability.
I worked in community mental health and residential settings before transitioning to private practice in 2023. My approach is laid back and collaborative. I enjoy working with female-identifying individuals and have a special interest in treating body image, OCD, and anxiety.
