About
I am a therapist with a holistic approach and a playful nature. My style of therapy is rooted in building upon clients’ existing strengths, harnessing their inherent resilience, and supporting their natural evolution towards healing. I intend to cultivate a spirit of curiosity in sessions, inviting clients to experience a sense of safety and experiment with new strategies for managing emotions and developing healthy relationships. I work with individual clients of all ages, with additional experience and training in work with children and adolescents.
I am particularly interested in integrating somatic approaches into therapy. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and I am drawn towards the principles of Internal Family Systems. As a certified yoga teacher, I incorporate mindfulness practices into my work. I also utilize cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches.
It is my intention to listen deeply and support you in accessing your inner knowing. I am committed to holding space for healing, especially as relates to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, grief, loss, interpersonal challenges, or life transitions.
