I have extensive experience working with queer, transgender/non-binary, and non-monogamous folks, and specialize in working with those who are questioning or coming into a new identity. My approach to therapy is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed. My goal is that every client feels comfortable enough to bring their whole selves to therapy.
I am trained in evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and DBT. As we work together, you can expect to build your tool box of coping skills, develop insight to underlying patterns of behavior, and uncover paths towards healing trauma. I also love to work with playfulness and humor in the therapy space.
