Are you a high achieving adult or do you have a teenager who is struggling with similar issues? Hi, I am Dr. Anna and I utilize rigorous scientific methods to target these issues and more. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have ADHD, anxiety, are high achieving, have difficulties with emotional regulation or sleep, trauma, or have self-esteem deficits. I also have passion for working with parents, if you seek therapy for yourself or you want to help your child.
I take a holistic approach in my sessions and continuously re-evaluate interventions used. You/your adolescent is unlikely to be bored, as I often bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and an authentic stance, while often using humor in my sessions. In addition, I also do neuro eval for ADHD which consist of a comprehensive multiple-hour evaluation.
The first step of starting therapy is often the hardest. It requires bravery, vulnerability, motivation, and initiative.
