I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working at Riverside Therapy Center in the Spokane Valley. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I am a graduate from Gonzaga's Counseling program. I am a good fit for a wide range of clients including families, couples, individuals, teens, and LGBTQ+ couples and individuals.
I especially love to work with families navigating chronic illness, couples healing from affairs and other heartbreaks, and neurodivergent adults and teens.
When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my dog, watch movies with friends, play my cello in both classical and pop settings, and solve word puzzles.
