In sessions, I use a blend of Brainspotting, the Gottman Method, attachment-focused approaches, and somatic tools. This means our work may include both talk therapy and body-based practices designed to help release what words alone can’t reach. I believe therapy should feel real and relatable—rooted in honesty, fairness, and empowerment.
