I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, betrayal, and disconnection. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or afraid that things will never change—but you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore your pain, rebuild trust, and reconnect with yourself and your partner. Using trauma-informed approaches like Brainspotting, IFS, and the Gottman Method, we’ll work together toward healing and lasting change.

Therapy with me is a space to slow things down and really see each other again. It’s a space where we explore how your past experiences, emotional wounds, and unmet needs may be impacting your present connection. We'll work together to strengthen communication, process grief or betrayal, and build a new foundation—one grounded in honesty, safety, and mutual
